Participant safety and conduct
Use the Report control on the relevant Duel, Competition, Tournament, evidence, record, or other activity when available. The narrative is confidential and is not delivered to the reported participant. Use Block or a withdrawal control to stop new direct participation where the product offers it.
If a restriction or moderation decision provides a response, recusal, correction, or appeal path, use the exact case control so the request remains bound to the governed record and deadline.
Evidence, privacy, and deletion
Do not send sensitive evidence through feedback. Use the evidence-access controls for an existing record and /data-rights for export or deletion. A deletion may pause while a documented evidence, safety, dispute, legal, or team-ownership hold is resolved.
Product and policy requests
Use /feedback for bugs, accessibility concerns, policy questions, or product concerns. Dedicated privacy, safety, moderation, and copyright email addresses remain explicit external placeholders and will be published before email-based escalation is offered.

Public Value Open is not an emergency service and is not continuously monitored. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate trusted authority when immediate assistance is required.
