Beta terms
These interim terms govern the free Public Value Open beta, including year-round activities and Open applications. A particular action is available only when its product controls show that it is open.

This notice describes the personal and product data used for the live beta, how visibility is controlled, and the export, deletion, and safety boundaries available to participants.

Useful competition requires voluntary participation, bounded tasks, honest evidence and decisions, respect for privacy, and reliable safety exits.

Beta notice
The live beta contains multiple durable activities and safety, record, evidence, application, and operations workflows. Actual availability is controlled by the current server-owned state shown in each flow.

These providers process limited account, product, file, delivery, security, and diagnostic data required to operate the live beta.

Safety contact
Use the confidential in-product report path for participant safety, the relevant correction or appeal control for a governed record, and feedback or data rights for product and privacy requests.
