Is public participation open?
No. This runtime is a private product preview and does not accept public registration or real participant data.
Does a Casual Duel affect reputation or rank?
No. Casual Duels are unrated and mutually resolved. They do not create verified Public Value, certification, a public ranking, or a judgment of human worth.
Does Public Value Open charge money?
No. Public Value Open has no payments, subscriptions, entry fees, prizes, checkout, or paid rank.
Who can see my Duel?
Duel records are private to their participants and authorized operators unless an exact governed publication choice says otherwise. A handle is used for an exact invitation, but an unavailable handle is never disclosed to the inviter.
Can I upload evidence?
Evidence records remain private and caller-scoped. The current capability state does not authorize a new native upload, so no upload form is presented as usable.
Are Open 2027 applications open?
The Open 2027 programme page remains available for current information, but the present authority state does not accept a new application.
What does Founding Tester mean?
Early participants can send structured product feedback that is retained with their beta identity. Recognition never changes Duel outcomes, access authority, or verified-reputation status.
Where are the operating and privacy limits?
