Who can see records and evidence?
Visibility is attached to the exact record and the caller’s role. A public activity page does not make every participant field, submission, evidence item, report, or operator note public.

Read the guide for the workflow, then use only the actions shown for your account and record while live capability authority refreshes.
Use the narrowest useful view
These are general boundaries. The exact record screen and policy bundle govern a particular item.
Public activity information
A discovery or programme page may show the title, summary, published terms, schedule, and other fields deliberately projected for public reading.
Participant workspace
Invitations, applications, private submissions, action history, and participant details stay with the account or team authorized for that record.
Evidence
An evidence reference or private upload is not automatically public. Access follows the submission, review, quarantine, and publication boundary attached to it.
Safety and operator records
Reports, moderation notes, identity controls, and operational receipts are limited to the people and operators authorized for their specific purpose.
Published completion records
Only an explicit governed publication choice can create a public completion view. Private source material stays outside that projection.
When in doubt, do not add it
Share only material you have the right to use. Remove secrets, unnecessary identifiers, private contact details, and information about another person that they did not agree to include.
