The basic loop

Choose the smallest useful format
Use a Duel for two people, a Competition for a bounded group activity, a Tournament for staged matchups, or Open 2027 for the annual programme.

Agree before anyone starts
Write the task, dates, participation rules, evidence expectations, decision method, and visibility boundary in plain language.

Do the work and leave a useful record
Return to the same durable workspace for invitations, submissions, evidence references, decisions, and any permitted completion record.
What PVO does not decide
