ORGANIZER GUIDE
How to host a Competition
Start with a narrow activity that a participant can understand in one reading. Decide the task, who may join, the schedule, the evidence request, and how a result will be reached before inviting anyone.

A reliable organizer sequence
- 1
Draft the activity
Give it a plain name, a short task statement, a participant shape, a size, and a private or open-registration boundary.
- 2
Set dates and evidence
Choose understandable local dates, explain what participants should submit, and ask only for evidence needed for the activity.
- 3
Choose the decision method
State whether the activity uses an organizer decision, a defined comparison, or a Community Choice after the eligible roster is locked.
- 4
Review, then publish
Check the participant view, invitation wording, schedule, visibility, and cancellation path before the published terms become the shared reference.
- 5
Operate from the workspace
Use only the actions shown for the current record to handle participants, submissions, decisions, disputes, cancellation, and completion.
Organizer responsibility
Do not collect unnecessary personal information, promise a prize or certification outside the written terms, or change the meaning of an activity after people rely on it.
