The example task
Alex challenges Sam to make one useful one-page neighbourhood resource by Friday. Each person will share a link or photo and write two sentences about who it helps.
They agree that there is no judge and no score. When both are satisfied that the agreed work was shared, either participant can propose completion and the other can confirm it.
- Scope: one small resource, completed by Friday.
- Evidence: one link or photo plus a short explanation.
- Decision: mutual confirmation, with either person free to decline or withdraw.

Alex writes the task, deadline, evidence request, and mutual decision method before sending the invitation.

Sam reads the exact offer and accepts it. Any changed task would require a new agreement rather than a silent rewrite.

Each person adds only the evidence the task called for and keeps private material out of the record.
